Bright Pathway Curriculum

Growing Through Being, Belonging & Becoming

At Brightly Early Learning, our Bright Pathway Curriculum is thoughtfully designed in alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF V2.0). We believe it takes a village. Our educators work in partnership with families and the community to give every child the strongest possible start.

Our Foundation

A Research-Informed Approach to Early Education

The Bright Pathway Curriculum is grounded in contemporary research and respected educational theories, blended with intentional teaching to create meaningful learning experiences.

Our approach reflects:

  • Attachment theory and secure relationship practices
  • The Circle of Security framework
  • Montessori-inspired independence and practical life learning
  • Reggio Emilia's focus on the environment as the 'third teacher'
  • Play-based and project-based learning
  • The Abecedarian Approach to intentional language interactions

Guided by leading theorists:

  • Erik Erikson — trust and autonomy in early childhood
  • Jean Piaget — learning through active exploration
  • Lev Vygotsky — social interaction and scaffolding
  • John Bowlby & Mary Ainsworth — secure attachments
  • Maria Montessori — independence and child-led learning
  • Howard Gardner — theory of multiple intelligences

We celebrate diversity and recognise the unique strengths of each child. By blending these perspectives with intentional teaching, our educators support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Building a lifelong love of learning.
