Book a Centre Tour

Seeing our centre in person is the best way to know if it's the right fit for your family. Our friendly team will guide you and answer any questions.

  • Find your nearest Brightly Early Learning centre using our Find a Centre tool.
  • One of our team members will get in touch to arrange a tour at your preferred centre.
  • On your visit, meet our educators, explore engaging learning spaces, and discover our curriculum and daily routines.
02

Understand the Child Care Subsidy (CCS)

The Child Care Subsidy (CCS) helps make childcare more affordable for eligible families.

  • Check your eligibility on Services Australia.
  • Apply for CCS through MyGov.
  • Share your CRN (Customer Reference Number) and your child's CRN with us when enrolling.

Start your CCS application early — approvals can take up to six weeks. Having it ready ensures a smooth start for your child with no unexpected costs.

04

Join the Waitlist (If Needed)

Some Brightly Early Learning centres are in high demand. If your preferred centre is full, we can place you on a waitlist and keep you updated.

  • Join the waitlist via our online form or by speaking with the Centre Manager.
  • Being flexible with start dates or preferred days can help secure a place sooner.

Confirm Your Enrolment & Prepare for the First Day

Once your enrolment is confirmed, here's how to get ready:

  • Review our Family Handbook for policies, routines, and important info.
  • Receive a welcome pack with details about your child's start date.
  • Work with our educators on a settling-in plan for a smooth transition.

Pack these essentials for your child's first day: labelled water bottle, spare clothing, comfort item (if needed), and a hat for outdoor play.
